NEW: Workplace Stress Risk Assessment

This is a new risk assessment to look at the stress factors of a job and the workplace.  

This assessment is designed to identify major stressors in the job and workplace so that work related stress is minimised and employee wellbeing improved.

The brief was to produce an assessment that covers aspects including:

• Workload
• Competency
• Working patterns
• Physical environment and violence
• Control
• Support
• Relationships
• Role
• Change

Each section has a series of questions with suggested actions where the workplace and environment are not meeting these requirements

The performance in each section of the assessment is summarised to identify the main problem areas:

Assessments can set as sensitive so they can only be viewed by the assessor, authoriser and selected users where the job and workplace have confidential elements.

A workplace stress risk assessment will help you as the employer to provide a work environment that allows staff to perform at their best and reduce stress related absence.
