Accidents, Incidents, Near Misses

Input templates are available for accident, incidents and near misses. Details of what happened, who was involved, injury details (including a body map), property damage, investigation and root causes are recorded.

Photographs, witness statements, training records and medical reports can be collated with each record.

Email notifications are sent to selected users as soon as the new accident/incident is added to the system.

Corrective actions can be added to the system action tracker and followed up with reminder emails to prevent recurrence.

Automated emails will prompt investigators to complete the accident report within agreed timescales.

Reporting

Accidents/incidents can be analysed month on month or by selected period with graphs by all the drop-down fields within the entry forms. Graphs will help you identify the major types and causes of accidents.

Hours worked can be recorded to develop incident frequency rates.

Dashboards

The home page of each section displays a dashboard to summarise the records on view. This includes month on month totals for the current and previous years, days lost and bar charts by type, cause and injury.
