Audits

The audit module includes pre-loaded question sets for the key ISO international standards:

• ISO 45001 (Health & Safety management system)
• ISO 9001 (Quality management system)
• ISO 14001 (Environmental management system)

We also include an overall Health & Safety management system audit that many organisations have found to be beneficial in establishing a baseline for ‘where are we now’.

You can also add your own question sets.

The audit section will guide you through the question set to record compliance and set out actions where there are shortcomings.

Actions will feed into the Safety Organiser action tracker where reminder emails can be raised to ensure that they are completed within agreed timescales.

Audit Reports

External audits from your customers, insurers or authorities will often be accompanied with a series of corrective actions. The audit findings can be uploaded to Safety Organiser and actions added to the action tracker.

Inspections

We provide a range of sample inspection question sets within Safety Organiser and will help you set up your own organisation’s documents to give a fully working set of inspection documents. These are intended as quick recording tick sheets to check compliance with company standards.
