Generate Work Permits for Approved Contractors

• Program permissions ensure only approved users can generate specialist permits

Contractor Database

Contractors and their inducted staff are recorded in the database with their current insurance certificates, Health & Safety policy, statements of compliance and risk assessments. A URL can be sent to the contractor so they can update their own details and upload the latest certificates. Nominated users will approve the contractor to be able to be selected for permits.

Permit Details

General access and work permits can be raised using approved contractors.

Specialist permits can be generated within the general permit or as individual documents depending on the configuration setting.

Specialist permits include:-

• Breaking Lines
• Confined spaces
• Electrical
• Hot work
• Roof Work
• Working at Height

Each permit includes hazard/precaution checklists and questions specific to the activity.

Safety Organiser permissions control the users who are able to generate specialist permits.

All open permits can be viewed through the home page for visibility across the organisation.
